1. The service
Mobinars is a webinar hosting platform operated by MOBINARS.COM Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ("Mobinars", "we"). We provide tools for hosts to create, run, record, and analyze live and on-demand webinar sessions, and for attendees to register and join those sessions.

2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
- One account per person — accounts are not transferable.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to host content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful
- Send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") through Mobinars
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Resell or sublicense Mobinars without our written consent
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create on Mobinars (recordings, slides, chat messages, branding). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and serve that content strictly to provide the service to you and your audience. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to operating Mobinars.
Where you collect personal data from your own audience through Mobinars, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Plans and billing
- The free plan includes 1 webinar per day with up to 500 attendees per session, and a 7-day replay window. Current limits and prices for every plan are listed on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds. This is ordinary cancellation, and is separate from the statutory withdrawal right below, which is not affected by it.
- We will give 30 days' notice before any price increase affecting an existing subscription.
Starting straight away, and the 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. A webinar platform is no use to you in two weeks' time, so when you subscribe you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge what that means:
- You lose the withdrawal right entirely once the service has been fully performed within the period.
- If you withdraw before then, you still owe a proportionate amount for what you actually used — you are not charged for the rest of the period, and we refund the difference.
- Hosting a webinar is performance. Running one during the first 14 days is the clearest case of asking us to begin.
None of this applies if you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, in which case the statutory withdrawal right never applied in the first place.
6. Recordings and storage
You decide whether to record a session. Recordings are stored on Cloudflare R2 in the EU and are accessible only to you and the co-hosts you grant access to. Retention windows are documented in § 7 of our Privacy Policy.
7. Service level
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via email or dashboard notice. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, are the entire agreement between us — there is no separate service-level or subscription document, and no commitment beyond what is written here.
8. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We can terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms, with notice except in cases of clear abuse. On termination we delete your data subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Mobinars in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of Mobinars.com Sp. z o.o., except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
